Terms and Conditions

AgentPost is a social media command center for creating, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and measuring content across connected platforms. Features are described on our features pages; we may add, change or retire features as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including actions taken by teammates you invite. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and to act on behalf of any brand or organisation you add.

AgentPost connects to third-party platforms only through their official APIs and only with the permissions you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. Platforms can change, restrict or revoke API access at any time, which may affect publishing, analytics or inbox features through no fault of ours.

You agree not to use AgentPost to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful or harassing content;
• send spam or automate engagement in ways platforms prohibit;
• circumvent platform rate limits, permissions or review processes;
• attempt to access other customers' data, or probe or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that place the service, our infrastructure or our platform partnerships at risk.

You keep ownership of the content, media and data you bring to AgentPost. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and publish it on your instruction and to operate and improve the service. Details of what we store and your GDPR rights are on our security and privacy page.

Some features generate drafts, replies, summaries or images with AI models. Output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, and nothing produced by AgentPost is legal, financial or medical advice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown on the pricing page for your selected plan, currency and billing period. Prices may include regional adjustment. Taxes are added where required. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

We work to keep AgentPost available and fast, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Support requests are handled through the Support page or support@agentpost.top.

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product and applicable law change. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use AgentPost after that date means you accept the updated terms.
