Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for AgentPost subscriptions and how to request one. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
01Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and can be used indefinitely, so there is nothing to refund. You can try AgentPost with no card required before paying anything.
02Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.
03Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current month once charged. If you cancel, your plan simply does not renew.
04Yearly plans
If you cancel a yearly plan within 14 days of the initial purchase and have made only minimal use of the service, contact us and we will refund the full amount. After 14 days, yearly fees are non-refundable for the remaining term, but the plan will not renew.
05EU and UK withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you ask us to provide the service immediately, you keep the right to withdraw within 14 days, but we may charge a proportionate amount for the service provided up to that point. To exercise this right, email support@agentpost.top with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
06Service problems
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using a paid feature for a significant part of your billing period, contact support — we will make it right with a credit or a partial or full refund, depending on the impact.
07What is not refundable
- partial months or unused time after the 14-day window on yearly plans;
- accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the terms or acceptable use rules;
- issues caused by third-party platforms changing or revoking their APIs.
08How to request a refund
Email support@agentpost.top from the address on your account, or use the Support page. Include your workspace name and the charge date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank, they typically appear within 5–10 business days.
09Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster and cheaper this way. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension while they are investigated.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our plans and the law evolve. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will always show the latest revision.
