planner — week of Mar 9 · Riverside Coffee Co.
Mon 9:00Instagram · Reel — "New oat milk cortado"
Tue 12:30Facebook · Photo — weekend hours update
Wed 8:15TikTok · Video — barista training day
Thu —LinkedIn — nothing scheduled this week
Fri 15:00Google Business · Post — Friday roast special
5 scheduled · 1 gap flagged · next publish in 2h 14m

What it does

  • ·Drag a draft from Tuesday to Thursday and it reschedules on the platform, not just in your view
  • ·Color-coded rows per platform so you can see if Instagram is getting all the love and LinkedIn is empty
  • ·Bulk-reschedule a whole week when a launch date slips
  • ·Holds drafts, approved posts, and already-published posts in the same view so nothing gets double-booked
  • ·Best-time suggestions per platform, based on when your last 90 days of posts actually got engagement

How it works

  1. Step 1

Connect each platform once with its official login — AgentPost only uses documented publishing APIs.

  2. Step 2

Drop drafts (yours or the agent's) onto the calendar; each card shows the platform, format and time.

  3. Step 3

AgentPost queues the post through that platform's API at the scheduled minute and marks it published or flags the error.

What it doesn't do

The planner doesn't invent posting times out of thin air on day one — best-time suggestions need at least 30 days of your own post history to mean anything, and it won't publish anything you haven't approved.
